While we made the 2 hour trip to visit “Poppa” and Grandma, I happened to have the digital camera and took a couple cool shots (in my opinion)
I must have had the camera just right to capture her angelic aura… *snicker*
And this one I just love… I am just going to call it “Drive”
At any rate, we visited the in-laws on Saturday and had a nice time. Sarah and Eric happened to be up there that weekend, too, so it was nice to have the whole family around. Lidia really enjoyed seeing “Mowdy” (Mulligan). She is still talking about him, today!
The rest of the weekend was pretty quiet. Yesterday eve we went over to visit the Tancks so Adam could do some work on the coffee table top he is making to replace our destroyed one. It will be nice to put that in place!
His next project may be making Lidia a new bed. She will be outgrowing her toddler bed, soon. If we cannot find one we like for the right price, he may be enlisted to build it—with the promise that it will actually be done in a reasonable amount of time. We shall see.
